This was OK when the casino was not busy, but on a Saturday evening this created a situation in which you couldn't even get on a machine. The older machines seemed to be bearing the brunt of being turned off to the benefit of the newer themed machines. Biggest disappointment was the inconsistency is which/how machines are turned off for safety? In some areas, entire rows of slots were turned off yet in other areas slots were on right next to each other (granted, generally with plexiglass dividers). On the positive side: good COVID protocols with mask requirement and temp check at entrances, slots seemed to be looser than previous visits which is good to entice players to return. Comps weren't bad but are not as generous as other regional casinos (exclude MGM from this comment as their comps are pitiful). I understand COVID has created difficult challenges for entertainment venues but this was such a mixed bag experience I felt compelled to write a review. Been here several times over the past few years.
